Welcome to the den of digital learning at Gonsalves Elementary School!
Our Coding and Robotics Lab provides students with a dynamic environment to explore technology and enhance their educational journey. Equipped with Chromebooks, iPads and interactive software, our lab fosters creativity, critical thinking, and digital literacy skills. In addition to coding and research, students engage in hands-on robotics activities, building and programming robots to develop problem-solving and teamwork skills. Whether they're designing digital projects or bringing robots to life, our students discover new possibilities every day in our innovative technology lab.
Creativity comes to life in the Gonsalves Elementary Digital Media Arts Lab!
This dynamic Digital Media Arts Lab provides students with the opportunity to explore a wide range of creative tools and technologies—from digital illustration and animation to photography, video production, and graphic design. With a focus on self-expression and innovation, our media lab empowers students to develop their technical and artistic skills while building confidence and celebrating the diverse cultures within our community. Through hands-on digital projects and collaborative creative experiences, young media artists are inspired to think critically, design boldly, and bring their unique ideas to life.
Lights, music, action!
The Gonsalves Elementary School Musical Theater program gives students the chance to shine on stage while building confidence, creativity, and teamwork. Through singing, acting, and dance, students develop performance skills and bring learning to life in an engaging, supportive environment. From rehearsals to live productions, our young performers learn the art of storytelling, stage presence, and collaboration—creating unforgettable experiences and a lifelong love of the performing arts.
